else is just a part you jump over in assembly lol, so EZ XD

if (condition) {
    ...
} else {
    ...
}

We have only a single type of loop where you are responsible to decide when to check and how to exit. Break is just a goto:after-loop ?

loop {
    ...
    if (condition) {
        break;
    }
}
